- about me.. hmmm.. I'm Palestinian born, living in Dubai. Mother of a magical child nicknamed 'littles' and married to another magical child nicknamed 'biggles'. Biggles gave me the nickname 'Pastoosh', which evolved from 'Pantoufle' (the imaginary kangaroo in Lasse Hallstrom's 'Chocolat'). I live very much in my head and seem to drift off into space frequently. Have been told that I am quite bubbly, although I most definitely have a dark side! I dream of coloured clouds in the sky, chocolate pools that i can swim in and Roald Dahl's everlasting gobstoppers (minus the jawbreaking). Aside from my primary jobs of motherhood and fantasy, I have taken it upon myself to make clothes. 'Pastooshian Ramblings' is a blog that documents the process of my design journey.. hoping to share as much information with anyone that is interested and/or trying to do the same.
